World Labyrinth Day Festival

Saturday, May 3, 11:30 am - 2:00 pm
Shalom Spirituality Center

Join with thousands of people around the world by participating in this moving meditation for peace! 2025 marks the 17th World Labyrinth Day, organized each year by The Labyrinth Society. This event invites people of all countries and cultures to create a rolling wave of peaceful energy in celebration of labyrinths as a symbol, tool, passion, or practice. The Shalom World Labyrinth Day Festival coincides with this global celebration.

Come to deepen your understanding of the labyrinth and walk its path. Participants will enjoy a short educational movie, followed by discussion and opportunities to walk two different labyrinths at Shalom. Lunch is included in the registration cost, and the main event will feature local musician, Kristina Marie Castañeda. Walk the labyrinth around Kristina, as she sits at the center and offers meditative sounds and song! Finally, there will be an opportunity to walk a nature-themed labyrinth dedicated to St. Francis.

11:30 - 12:30 Lunch & Learn: “Rediscovering the Labyrinth” movie and discussion
