Essential or aromatic oils have been used by many cultures around the world for centuries. These plant-based oils have been used for cosmetic, as well as spiritually and emotionally uplifting, properties.
In this session, participants will create a blend of Gratitude oil which we will apply to diffuser beads on a bracelet. Mari will also share how spending a few minutes a day to acknowledge and absorb life's positive attributes can significantly impact one's overall well-being. This is a perfect way to journey through this season of thanks! Participants will receive one bracelet, a roller bottle of the essential oil blend, and one Gratitude journal. The cost is $20 per person; please register by Friday, November 11.
