Stations of the Resurrection with Jim Earles

The Stations of the Cross, which take place during Lent, have been practiced since the 14th Century. The Stations of the Resurrection (also called the Way of Light, or Via Lucis) are a lesser-known practice, developed in the late 1980s. This modern practice provides a counterbalance to the Stations of the Cross, which are powerful but typically come to an end without addressing the Resurrection or the Gospel events which happen afterwards. The Stations of the Resurrection consist of 16 Stations, beginning at the Sealed Tomb of Jesus and progressing all the way to Pentecost. Join Jim Earles for this practice on Ascension Thursday, only 10 days before Pentecost.
