Begin celebrating summer by joining friends old and new for our seasonal breakfast. The food will be wonderful, and the spirit refreshing! Julia Theisen, co-owner of Body & Soul Spa in Dubuque, will start your season with body-mind-spirit wisdom. Her presentation, “Bringing Calm, Coherent Energy to Times of Challenge & Uncertainty,” will set the tone for navigating summer’s ups and downs. The energy you bring to a situation will impact you and everyone else in the energy field. Therefore, having the capacity to quickly shift–especially when you feel draining emotions such as frustration, irritation, or anxiety–is one of the most important tools you can master. During the presentation, Julia will share 3 of the best, scientifically proven practices to bring your energy to a calm, coherent state.
