Shalom Day of Self-Renewal

Friday, May 10, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
Shalom Spirituality Center

Start your Mother’s Day weekend with a deep relaxation experience at Shalom! While this day is open to everyone, it would make a perfect gift for hard-working moms. Also, you could book a space for yourself and experience it with your mom! If registrations are booked at the same time, the second registration will receive a 15% discount when you apply the discount coupon at checkout. Space is limited, so register early!

Facilitated by Shalom Program Coordinator Jim Earles, the day offers a group guided meditation, a private guest room, a delicious lunch, access to our Chapel and labyrinth, and relaxation services. Mom can enjoy a quiet reading space, nap in a private room, walk our beautiful grounds, or have peaceful prayer time.

• Discount Coupon (add 2 to cart and apply at checkout): RENEW

Please note: Once payment is received, a Shalom staff member will contact you for service choices and other information.

$115 per person, $97 for a second registration booked at the same time - $40 non-refundable deposit included. Please register online at shalomretreats.org or call 563.582.3592 by Friday, May 3.

Since Shalom does not employ a dietician, and to best serve your dietary needs, please inform us of any diagnosed food allergies, including wheat and dairy (NOT food preferences), seven days in advance. If you have specific dietary needs, please contact Margie Gassman at 563-582-3592.

To accommodate vegetarian diets, fruits and vegetables are served with every meal. Food desired beyond a typical omnivore diet is the guest’s responsibility (including but not limited to gluten-free, pescatarian, vegan, or low-glycemic). Requests for diet preferences or changes made to the kitchen staff at the time of serving will not be honored unless arrangements have been made ahead of time.
