Don’t miss a special two-night retreat when chaplain and workplace communication advisor Brent Anderson, M.Div., shares proven techniques for sparking conversation, leading effective dialogue, practicing sincere listening, and managing conflict. Building upon chaplaincy pedagogy principles, spiritual direction principles, neurobiology, social psychology, and empathy research, this semi-silent retreat incorporates individual reflection, small-group conversation, time for connection, and humor.
