Children of Abraham Meeting

Thursday, April 10, starting at 7:00 pm
Shalom Spirituality Center

Children of Abraham is an interfaith community including Jewish, Christian, and Muslim brothers and sisters, as well as other religious and non-religious perspectives. It is a grassroots peacebuilding effort by people in Dubuque to promote understanding within the context of worldview diversity. Encouraging friendships and connections, we move toward building knowledge and solidarity with all others in our community. Learn more at www.cofabraham.org.

Children of Abraham’s meetings move around to various locations and address different topics. The meeting at Shalom will be on the topic of interfaith marriage. This will involve people who are in relationships of mixed orientations around religion, discussing relationships, and navigating elements of difference. All are welcome to participate.

The public is invited to attend these meetings, either in person or virtually. If you live out of town or if weather is unwelcoming, contact Dr. John Eby at john.eby@loras.edu to inquire about a Zoom link, or view the Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/cofabraham/.

This is a free event and no RSVP is required.
