Chakradance Introductory Session with Lindsay Bodenhofer

Chakradance is a movement practice which uses spontaneous dance for the purpose of healing and retuning your whole mind-body-spirit energy system. Join Lindsay Bodenhofer, licensed Chakradance Facilitator, on this inward-focused journey to cultivate a deep sense of balance and well-being. No chakra knowledge or dance experience is necessary.

Please note that this is an introductory session, intended to whet your appetite for a 9-week Chakradance Series with Lindsay which will take place on Tuesday evenings at Shalom during the entire months of October and November. Lindsay will offer a repeat of the introductory session on Tuesday, September 17. (Contact Shalom for details on these upcoming opportunities.) Neither of the introductory sessions are required for enrollment in the 9-week Series, but it is recommended to give one of them a try first.
