This is a 4-session workshop, and attendance at all sessions is required for the full experience.
Monday, January 29, 2:00 – 4:00 pm, and at this same time on February 12, February 26, and March 11
If you are interested in preserving stories from your life for future generations, to reflect on what has shaped your life thus far, or just for the fun of it, this series is for you! After all, if you don’t tell what life was like when you were a child or a teenager or a younger adult, who will?
The series offers tips and suggestions for writing these life stories. The writing we’ll do is different from journaling and, although autobiographical in nature, does not constitute an entire autobiography. It is doable by anyone, with or without previous writing experience, and is guided by the idea that anyone who can tell a story can write a story. We hope you’ll join us for this fun and reflective experience. The cost is $40 for the entire session; please register online or call Shalom to register by Friday, January 26.
