Pre-recorded video presentation
Presenter: Sr. Frances Nosbisch
The story of Jesus, Joseph, and Mary is a story of a refugee family. Their early years living in Egypt were not one of choice but an escape into the night from persecution and imminent murder. When the time seemed safe from danger, they returned to their country and were allowed to choose their ultimate home in Nazareth. Without these basic human rights of freedom of movement, both internally and externally from their country, there may not have been a Christmas Story as we know it. Join us as Sr. Frances shares the story of the holy family through the lens of refugees. This program is a pre-recorded video and will NOT be held in person. A link to the video will be emailed to registered participants on December 7 to view at their leisure. $10 per person. No registration deadline.
