You can take an active role in your grief journey, accessing tools to move from grief to hope. Research has proven that creativity is one of those tools. Join us for a day of workshops and inspirational speeches designed to facilitate healing in those who grieve, including a board designed to envision your life without your loved one, meditative photography, breathing exercises, making an ornament in memory of your loved one, and ideas on how to survive the holidays.
$40 per person . There are limited scholarships available for this retreat. Please contact Mary Potter Kenyon for more information, mkenyon@shalomretreats.org. Register by Tuesday, November 2.
