Reduce the Caffeine in 2024!

It’s time again for New Year’s resolutions, and kicking the caffeine habit is high on the list for many people. Whether your doctor has told you to reduce or eliminate caffeine from your life, or you just think it would be a good idea, some options may be helpful to you! Come to Shalom to learn a little about caffeine and how it acts in your body, why it might be a good idea to reduce or eliminate it, and then try a variety of low-caffeine/no-caffeine beverages that may be new to you! This program will take about an hour, and then a fresh-made lunch will be served at noon.

Facilitator Jim Earles is the Program Coordinator at Shalom and is passionate about natural health and wellness. He has spent decades trying various natural foods, and he loves to share that knowledge with others.
