Payment and Cancellation Policies
You may register for Shalom programs that require payment in the following ways:
Online is the quickest way to register for programs that require payment.
- Click into the program details of the event you want to register for, then scroll down the page. Click the blue Add to Cart button for that event.
- Click the Cart Icon near the top of the website to view your cart. You can delete and edit quantities of items here, then Update Cart if needed.
- If you are ready to checkout, click Proceed to Checkout.
- Enter your registration and payment information, then click Place Order to complete your order. You will get a confirmation email shortly after placing your order.

We accept cash, credit & debit card, check, or money order. Please note that your registration is not confirmed until payment is received. Checks or money orders can be mailed to: Shalom Spirituality Center, 1001 Davis Street, Dubuque, Iowa 52001. Include the event title, attendee(s) name(s), address, and phone number.
Shalom Spirituality Center will refund a canceled registration if the cancellation is received at least three business days before the event or program. Shalom Spirituality Center will subtract a $5 handling fee from the refund. Rolling over or banking registration payments for future programs or events is not permitted.
If Shalom Spirituality Center cancels a program or event, Shalom Spirituality Center will issue a full refund to all registrants. Rolling over or banking registration payments for future programs or events is not permitted.
